A program was developed in 2017 by Kjirsten Gustavson of NYSOPRHP, detailing the unique history of women’s liberation through the invention of the bicycle. The design consisted of two pull-up banners that described the relationship between women and the bicycle throughout the late 19th - early 20th century. The program consists of a half-hour history lesson followed by a bike ride, with Kjirsten leading the way dressed in period appropriate clothing. Designed in the spring of 2017.
